Education: University degree in telecommunication/ICTs, law, economics, public affairs and international relations, international development, management, engineering, political or social sciences or a related field. An advanced degree would be an advantage. Experience: At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the above fields. Languages: Knowledge of English or French or Spanish at advanced level.
