Education: University degree in Telecommunication/ICTs, law, economics, public affairs and international relations, international development, management, engineering, political or social sciences or a related field, OR education from a reputed college of advanced education with a diploma of equivalent standard to that of a university degree in one of the fields above. An advanced university degree would be an advantage. Experience: At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of the Special Service Agreement (SSA). Languages: Knowledge of French and/or English at advanced level.
