Education: Advanced university degree in industrial engineering, business process management, organizational development, information systems, or related field OR education from a reputed college of advanced education with a diploma of equivalent standard to that of an advanced university degree in one of the fields above. Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in process improvement, Lean/Kaizen facilitation, and organizational efficiency. Proven track record in facilitating Kaizen events and implementing continuous improvement programs. Experience in international organizations or large federated enterprises is desirable. Languages: Knowledge of English at advanced level. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
