Education: Advanced university degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, or related field OR education from a reputed college of advanced education with a diploma of equivalent standard to that of an advanced university degree in one of the fields above. Experience: At least eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise digital transformation, AI implementation, automation, or innovation delivery. Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing enterprise AI and/or agentic AI solutions. Strong practical experience developing workflow automations and productivity solutions. Experience working with enterprise AI platforms, copilots, automation tools, APIs, and orchestration frameworks. Proven ability to combine strategic advisory support with technical implementation and operational delivery. Experience working in large international organizations, governments, UN agencies, or similarly complex environments are highly desirable. Languages: Knowledge of English at advanced level. Knowledge of another official language of the Union (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) would be an advantage.
