The Information Technology Operations Division of Human Rights Watch (HRW) seeks a Collaboration Experience Manager.
The Collaboration Experience Manager leads the team that oversees our internal collaboration and knowledge sharing platforms and is responsible for the successful management and adoption of these tools across the organization in close collaboration with the Director of IT Operations and other internal and external parties.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Collaboration Experience team, ensuring all HRW staff have appropriate digital spaces and are empowered to use them effectively to deliver our organization’s strategy.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders across the organization to understand and enhance their experience and productivity with our digital spaces, improve collaboration across teams, and speed up critical information sharing.
- Identify, propose, and develop opportunities to improve our internal collaboration practices and platforms.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business outcomes into technical needs and vice versa.

Education

Master en santé publique ou Epidémiologie est très souhaitable
Experience
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la surveillance épidémiologique avec un accent sur la riposte contre les épidémies.
Experience averée dans les ripostes aux épidémies, souhaitable dans la MVE.
Skills
Connaissance de la santé publique, spécifiquement la surveillance épidémiologique.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel, multilingue et multidisciplinaire.
